WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE?
The categories of information we collect can include:
Information you provide to us directly. We collect personal information, such as your name, phone number, location, country, and e-mail address when you register for our Service, sign up for our mailing list, or otherwise communicate with us. Legal basis for processing in the EU
If you are a resident in the EU, we need to tell you the legal basis on which we collect and use your personal information. Please note that we will use the following such legal basis:

We may also share information with others in an aggregated or otherwise anonymized form that does not reasonably identify you directly as an individual.
CONTROL OVER YOUR INFORMATION.
User Information Settings. You may update the information that you have provided in your profile at any time, included the privacy access rights.
How to control your communications preferences. You can stop receiving promotional email communications from us by clicking on the “unsubscribe link” provided in such communications. We make every effort to promptly process all unsubscribe requests. You may not opt out of service-related communications (e.g., changes/updates to features of the Service, technical and security notices).
Modifying or deleting your information. If you have any questions about reviewing, modifying, or deleting your information, you can contact us directly at BeYourWeb@GoPIB.com. You retain complete control to modify or delete your information in all circumstances.
Security Of Data. The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
THIRD PARTY TRACKING AND ONLINE ADVERTISING.
We DO NOT share, or permit third party online advertising networks, social media companies and other third party services, to collect, information about your use of our website. As noted above, depending on your browser or mobile device, you may be able set your browser to delete or notify you of cookies and other tracking technology by actively managing the settings on your browser or mobile device.
HOW WE STORE AND PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION
For individuals based in the EU, we store personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collect the data (see above under "WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE?") and in accordance with our legal obligations and legitimate business interest, except if required otherwise by law.
Keeping your information safe. We care about the security of your information and employ physical, administrative, and technological safeguards designed to preserve the integrity and security of all information collected through our Site and Service. However, no security system is impenetrable and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems 100%. In the event that any information under our control is compromised as a result of a breach of security, we will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and, where appropriate, notify those individuals whose information may have been compromised and take other steps, in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations.
Physical controls: We are using a cloud server, if any breach activity, vulnerable activity happen at that time hosting provider inform us. Moreover, the organization reports a data breach within 72 hours to registered users. we are using tier 2 data center for IT infrastructure.
Procedural controls: Segregation of duties that are policies, procedures, and an organizational structure established so that one individual cannot control key aspects of computer-related operations and thereby conduct unauthorized actions or gain unauthorized access to assets or records.
Technical controls: We are using a two-way authentication process to access administrator level rights of cloud services as well as database, and also integrate firewall protection.
Service Providers: We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers"), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. The third Party services are such as API, email services, chat services, payment gateway, Google analytics etc...
These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
GoPIB Srl does not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13 on this Service. In the event that we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any information from a child under 13, please contact us at BeYourWeb@GoPIB.com. we will take the steps to remove that information from our servers.
